Celebrity hair stylist Chad Maxwell, renowned for his work with talent like Lily Allen, Vanessa Kirby, Amelia Gray, Kaya Scodelario, Amelia Dimoldenberg, Cat Deeley and Erin Doherty always had a dream to expand his influence in the beauty industry and share his vision for great everyday hair with a wider audience.
With more than 15 years experience working with an impressive celebrity clientele and shooting glossy magazine covers all over the world. Chad Maxwell has developed a deep understanding of what truly works when it comes to hair accessories, He’s poured his expertise into designing the perfect hair clips – ones that combine strong hold, comfort, and timeless style. From the spacing of the teeth to the strength of the hinge it’s his professional know-how that sets Loxx Hair Inc. apart from other claw clips.
What makes Loxx different?
Following the curve
Created with curved teeth to help prevent damage and pressure to the hair and scalp.Unlike traditional straight-toothed clips that can dig into the scalp or cause breakage by applying uneven pressure, curved teeth follow the natural shape of the head. This reduces strain on the hair, minimises hair breakage and increases all day-comfort.
All grip, no slip
Regular clips often slide out easily or have to be adjusted constantly, especially on fine or silky hair. A non-slip grip keeps the clip in place all day without causing tension that can lead to discomfort, pulling or headaches.

Standard clips can break easily, struggle to hold thick, voluminous hair and may break under pressure. Our extra strength hinge provides extra flex and strength, ensuring a secure hold for all hair types.
Added bite
Extra teeth = extra comfort. We’ve worked on finessing our designs for the triple flower clip by adding in extra teeth. This means our clips are engineered for comfort – ultra-light and contoured to reduce pressure. Heavy or poorly shaped clips cause discomfort, especially after they’ve been worn for hours.
